What the platform does
- Reconstructs flight paths and impact sequences from recorder, radar, ADS-B and physical evidence.
- Assembles a single time-synchronised event sequence from sources that arrive in different clocks and formats.
- Ranks candidate hypotheses against the evidence actually on file, and states what is missing.
- Drafts ICAO Annex 13 structured text from confirmed facts, for an investigator to edit and own.
- Keeps a tamper-evident chain over every uploaded artefact, checkable by anyone at /verify.
What it does not do
We publish the limits before anyone signs, because an investigation authority that discovers them afterwards is right to stop trusting us.
- It does not establish facts. Facts come from recorders, wreckage, witnesses and the investigator-in-charge.
- It does not determine probable cause. That authority rests with the investigating state under Annex 13.
- It does not interview witnesses, examine wreckage or attend a site.
- It does not replace accredited laboratory analysis of components, fluids or materials.
- It does not publish or disclose case material. Release is controlled entirely by the case owner.
