1. Scope
This policy applies to every user, on every plan, including trial and evaluation access. Breach is a material breach of the Terms of Service.
2. Evidence integrity duties
The platform's value rests on the trustworthiness of the record. You must:
- Upload evidence in its original, unaltered form wherever possible, and disclose any pre-processing, redaction, transcoding or translation applied before upload.
- Never present AI-generated transcripts, extractions or draft narratives as verified fact without human review; the unverified state exists for a reason and must not be defeated.
- Never falsify, backdate, or fabricate a record, a witness statement, a timestamp or a provenance note.
- Never attempt to alter, truncate or reconstruct the audit chain, or to sign a report or custody manifest you are not authorised to sign.
- Record conflicts rather than resolving them silently: contradicting evidence must remain visible in the ledger.
3. Protected safety information
Cockpit voice recordings, transcripts, witness statements, medical records and draft findings are protected from general disclosure under ICAO Annex 13 §5.12, EU Regulation 996/2010 Article 14, 49 U.S.C. §1114 and equivalent national provisions.
You must not upload material you are not lawfully entitled to hold, must not disclose case content to anyone outside the authorised case membership, and must not use protected safety information for disciplinary, punitive, commercial-advantage or media purposes where the applicable regime prohibits it.
Insurers, operators and manufacturers using the platform for their own analysis must satisfy themselves that their possession of each record is lawful. We do not adjudicate that question, and uploading is your representation that it is.
4. Prohibited conduct
- Unauthorised access attempts, credential sharing, privilege escalation, or accessing a case you are not a member of.
- Penetration testing, load testing, scraping or automated bulk extraction without prior written authorisation.
- Uploading malware, or content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory or infringing.
- Using outputs to publicly attribute blame or liability to a named individual, in circumstances where the applicable investigation regime prohibits it.
- Using the platform to support a state-sponsored or private surveillance activity unconnected to a genuine safety, engineering, regulatory or insurance investigation.
- Using the platform where prohibited by export control or sanctions law — see the Export Control policy.
- Reselling access, or using the platform to build or benchmark a competing product.
5. Dignity of victims and families
Fatal-occurrence case files contain material concerning deceased persons and their families. Imagery of human remains, identification records and next-of-kin data must be handled with restricted case membership, must not be exported to unmanaged devices, and must not be reproduced in any public-facing document. Publication of such material through the platform's export tools is prohibited.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected breach, suspend individual accounts or an entire tenancy without notice where risk requires, preserve evidence of the breach, and notify the affected customer's administrator, the relevant investigation authority, or law enforcement where the conduct appears unlawful.
Where suspension is not proportionate we will give notice and a cure period. Repeated or wilful breach terminates the subscription without refund.
