Why we run our own briefing rooms
Early conversations with operators and authorities cover material that is commercially sensitive on both sides. Our briefing rooms keep those discussions on infrastructure we control: people join by a personal link sent to a named address, accept a confidentiality notice before they see anything, and the attendance record is kept with the meeting. Audio and video pass directly between the people in the room, and nothing is recorded.
