12 months of SeyAero for United Kingdom aviation, at no cost

The Civil Aviation Authority, the Air Accidents Investigation Branch, NATS, the Department for Transport and every invited UK-registered operator can run the complete SeyAero investigation platform for twelve months without paying anything. Not a trial, not a cut-down edition: the whole-programme band, unlimited investigator seats, every engine switched on.

Why we are doing this

The United Kingdom sets an investigative standard that the rest of the industry reads and follows. We would rather that standard was applied to our work than not. Use it on live occurrences, test it against files you have already closed, and tell us where it falls short.

What the grant covers

  • Recorder ingestion and decode: FDR, QAR, CVR, ADS-B and radar tracks on one synchronised clock.
  • Flight reconstruction with airframe-specific aerodynamic and propulsion models.
  • Hypothesis ranking against the physics, with every competing cause scored on the evidence held.
  • Occurrence frames for fuel, pressurisation, incapacitation, loading, ground handling, turbulence injury, navigation interference, post-crash fire and wake turbulence.
  • Survivability and post-crash egress modelling.
  • Wreckage search probability contours from the last known state.
  • ICAO Annex 13 report structure, peer review, sealed findings and a full evidence chain.
  • Unlimited investigator seats for the organisation for the whole term.
